I am so glad I purchased the baby sling, it has allowed me to parent my newborn but also my 4 year old. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. I wanted tencel because I live in greece and it's super hot in summer. It's so easy to wear, quick to put on, feels luxurious. The shipping was also so efficient and the customer service quick and lovely to deal with. Thank you so much.

I paid for express delivery and received my order the next day, which was great. Unfortunately, the item arrived with a hole in the material. I emailed the same day to request a replacement, hoping it could be sent out quickly due to the express delivery I had paid for.

When I eventually received a response, I asked if the replacement could be sent as soon as possible. However, I was told that the faulty item would need to be returned and received before a new one could be dispatched. This was disappointing, especially since I had already missed an event I intended to use the sling for, and had another coming up soon.

While the customer service representative was responsive at times, the communication felt inconsistent. Replies would come quickly initially, then stop after a couple of emails, often requiring me to follow up the next day to keep the conversation going.

We finally agreed that once I provided proof of return, the replacement would be sent out. While I understand the need for returns, I found it frustrating that I was required to return a clearly faulty and unsellable product before receiving a replacement—especially considering the inconvenience it caused.

In the end, I received my replacement sling a full week after placing the original order—not exactly what I would consider express delivery. It would’ve been appreciated to be reimbursed for the extra cost.

That said, I really do love the sling. The quality is excellent, and I can tell it's a well-made product. Accidents happen, and the initial damage isn't the issue—but there’s definitely room for improvement in the customer service experience.

Unfortunately the product has disappeared during custom declaration and we have never received it. We also have not yet received any refund. Therefore we can not give more than one star. We know from friends that the product should be very good quality and our rating is for sure not representative. We do not recommend to order from abroad.

My wife has used your wraps since our first born and loved the brand, the quality and comfort that comes with the freerider sling. Now on our third child, there wasn't much we had to buy in new....except for a new freerider, so she's over the moon the celebrate the new baby with a new sling, thank you unfortunately being there for her and keeping our babies cosy.

Highly recommend for the younger months. I have 3 kids (7, 23 months, 2 months) and have used the same freerider with my 2 youngest. Its a game changer for breastfed velcro babies. I highly recommend!

Beautiful sling - bought for my daughter and her partner - their choice. Lovely fabric including design and colour. Efficient dispatch and well packaged with detailed instructions. Not yet in use as baby not arrived but think it will be an essential item for their baby

This sling is super comfortable to wear and most importantly securely holds little one nice and close to your chest. My 2 week old falls sound asleep almost instantly whenever she is in this sling.
The instructions on how to use is also a really nice touch

I purchased my sling almost a month ago now and I honestly love it! I was skeptical about buying a sling before I bought this one, as I had carriers for my first daughter and they all either gave me a bad back or made my bad back worse! And they were soo heavy! So with my second daughter, I thought I would look at the option of a sling. I did my research and decided on a freerider sling and I’m so glad I did! It’s lightweight, easy to use (once I had practiced a few times), my daughter feels so supported and it doesn’t hurt my back! I’ve also found it is versatile to use on a number of occasions! Like walking the dog, park visits and the occasional morning school run. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful wrap slings gorgeous quality, soft and natural against baby’s skin. Easy to use once you practice a little - ideal baby gift. Kept my little one close while I played with my toddlers - used it daily for the first 12-14 weeks for naps and walks. Loved the soft fabric as it’s so safe (non toxic) for baby and you can keep it on in between wears which is handy as a busy mum of three.
