Gorgeous feel to fabric, love how it’s non-toxic for baby. Really nice design (modern /stylish for mum) and handy user-friendly features - feels great on, not too stiff on the waist and soft for baby in every recommended carrying position.
My little one slept very well in it.

Problem I found was fabric quality over time - used for approx 3-4 months, approx every 2 days and the fabric frayed near one of the straps.
Experienced great customer service first time around and received a replacement - now this is fraying inside after only a few wears, not near any risky areas but I’m not happy with fabric stitching/durability overall.
Customer service were not as supportive - even though it’s only 2 months old and barely used. It just looks shabby - which I don’t like for the level of branding / price.

I’m not a “heavy user” I like to keep my things well - hence flagging for other mums to be aware.

If looking for durability over time - I’d go for another brand paying a bit more if it meant the quality will last, especially if this is your first baby and you hope to have more / use the carrier for multiple children.

The Freerider wraps are great in my experience. The carrier needs more work on durability and stitching quality to stand up to brands it competes to look like ex Artipoppe. (I also have one of those - got Freerider as a backup and it has not lasted in any way in comparison).

Excellent product, high quality materials

Really liked the quality of our freerider sling so was excited to try the carrier too. We all love using the carrier, both my partner and I can wear it so easily and comfortably and our little one loves being so close to us. Had a small issue and the team at freerider sorted it so quickly and made it all so easy - thank you! Would definitely recommend.

I've had my eye on the freerider carrier since I had my first son in 2022. He was too big by the time the Sierra carrier was released BUT I'm currently expecting another bundle of joy in April 2024 and was the perfect opportunity so I treated myself during the BF sale. Its so lovely, I haven't used it yet obviously but I expect it to be nothing less than top tier like the freerider sling I used with my son which has now been upgraded to a nice headwrap for me when he became too big for it and I use that weekly lol.
I'll be back with an update when I start to use the carrier.

Having been huge fans of the sling, we were excited to purchase the new Sierra carrier. Love the look and feel of the carrier and the fact that it can have H or X straps. My daughter is almost 4 months old and so far it has been really enjoyable to take her out in the carrier - it's super supportive and all the adjustments means it's a perfect fit for her whether she is sleeping or wants to have a bit more of a look around. Both myself and my husband use it and find it easy to put our daughter in and out of the carrier - would definitely recommend 😊

I recently purchased the Sierra carrier and I am already so in love! I had so many different carriers when my son was wee and all of them felt quite bulky and not very fashionable! However this is super light weight and goes with everything! I can already tell this will be one of my favourite purchases 😍
